The pieces in this gallery were produced in class Drawing 1 during the Fall 2017 semester.
I had a very good understanding of how to use illustration software but had no idea how to draw. In the beginning, My midterm was shaky, I remember the professor Mario Romario approaching me about my work and telling me that he was somewhat disappointed in what I had produced. Mario was a very kind and loving man, so this came as a surprise to me. He went through where all my weakest areas were and left me with a new way of approaching still lifes. He told me to spend less time on each individual part, and instead focus on the entire composition. For the final, I did just that and had produced a work that was leagues better than anything I had done up to that point.
